About this Event:
Gawler Youth and Tabletop Warfare will be hosting the Festival of D&D - sponsored by Gawler Rotary Light. Come dressed as your D&D Characters, win draw prizes, Make your own wand of wonder.
Join the ever-growing legion of campaigners in the world of Dungeons & Dragons. Your characters will embark on a fantastic imaginary adventure of dilemmas, battles, gathering treasures and gaining knowledge. Did we mention adventure? Lots of adventure!
Take mini challenges throughout the day to gather prizes. These will include leaving the building to go on quests in the main part of Gawler each group will be led by a youth volunteer.
Ticket types:
All day ticket includes, painting your own D&D Character, have your character drawn by a local artist, play D&D with mini challenges to collect prizes., create a wand of wonder, door prize for best dressed 11.00 am-5.00 pm (all materials supplier)
Paint ticket includes painting your own D&D characters 12.00 pm-1.00 pm (all materials supplied)
Character Sketch ticket includes a hand drawn D&D Character 12.00 pm - 1.00 pm (all materials provided)
Standard D&D ticket - includes game and mini challengers, door prize for best dressed 12.00 pm -5.00 pm
Watchers ticket - have you ever wanted to learn, watch a game of D&D without the pressure of playing, this is your time, includes the opportunity to join in with the mini challenges - come dressed up to win prizes 12.00 pm-5.00 pm

Time: 11.00pm -5.00pm
Location: Insitute Hall, level 1, Civic Centre, 89-91 Murray Street Gawler SA 5118.
Age: 12 to 25 years
Cost: $2-$15 plus booking fee
Young people must be from the Gawler council or connected to Gawler - attend a school in Gawler, play for a Gawler sporting club, work in Gawler, volunteer in Gawler etc.
Outside of Gawler Tickets will be opened 1-2 weeks before event if places are available - please add your name to the waiting list.
