Come along to our festive crafting workshop led by Laura Carey from the FLENK collective who will teach us creative ways to make gift tags, cards and wrapping paper using reuse materials, printmaking, collage and more. You will be able to give away as original unique gift pieces and make more year after year.

Laura Carey is an artist and educator from FLENK collective, a group of local artists and educators who collaborate to connect audiences to contemporary art and artists. Laura's creative practice is centred in printmaking and is strongly influenced by her surroundings and experience of place. She works through an observation and process driven practice, collecting details and forms within the landscape through photography, drawing and imprints.
This workshop is provided free to residents of the Inner West local government area. This is presented by the Inner West Green Living Centre, an initiative of Inner West Council and as numbers are limited, the workshop gives preference to residents of Inner West Council area. Search by address at Find Your Local Council - Office of Local Government NSW website to find your local government area, if you're unsure. Proof of residential address will be required. Please join the waitlist if you live outside the area and we will let you know if a spot becomes available.
Accessibility: If you have any access or support requirements in order to participate fully please let us know. The site is accessible via paved pathways with a slight slope from street to buildings and contains an accessible toilet.
