Event description

Join Ramon from Spirit Trails for a special Festive Frequency Flow: A meditative journey of sound and vibration.

This will be a perfect opportunity for some self-care and relaxation in amongst the busyness of this time of year. And if you wish to have some season silliness, please feel free to wear something festive and fun. An ugly Christmas jumper, reindeer antlers or drape yourself in tinsel. Just ensure you can be comfortable for the meditation.

For thousands of years cultures around the world have used sound for ceremony, mediation and for healing. The many benefits of Sound Baths, or Sound Journeys, have been well documented. From muscle regeneration, relieving joint pain, easing headaches and migraines, to improving digestive issues, improving circulation and helping to eliminate toxins from the body. Sound can even harmonise both sides of the brain to bring relief from stress and tension, creating deep relaxation, heightened consciousness and healing on many levels.

With the use of Crystal and Tibetan Singing Bowls, Shamanic drums, Koshi and Solfeggio Frequency Chimes and more, Ramon will take you on a journey of meditation and healing to help you connect with and bring balance to your physical, emotional and spiritual presence.

NOTE: You will require a yoga mat or cushion for comfort. Please bring a water bottle and any extra support needed to keep you comfortable throughout. Chairs are available if required.

Doors will open at 2:40pm for a 3:00pm start. Due to the meditative nature of this event late comers will not be admitted.

This is a mobility accessible venue.

Spirit Trails proudly welcomes everyone.
