Through sacred discussion, cacao ceremony, live music, movement, ecstatic dance and sisterhood, we will create a space for women to remember their power, trust their intuition, and embody their wholeness.

Opening Circle & The Power of Shakti

We begin in circle, creating a safe and supportive container for the day ahead.

Together we will explore the sacred feminine and what it means to live from a place of wholeness rather than lack. Through discussion, reflection, and sharing, you'll be invited to connect with your own inner wisdom and the powerful feminine force that already resides within you.

Cacao Ceremony & Somatic Embodiment

Guided by Annalisa, we will share ceremonial cacao and set intentions for the journey ahead.

Drawing upon the wisdom of cacao, somatic practices, and feminine embodiment, Annalisa will gently guide you into deeper connection with your body, with elements of yin yoga to help you access the intelligence that lives beneath the thinking mind.

Supported by live music throughout the journey, you'll be invited to soften, feel, breathe, and listen—to the sensations, emotions, and inner knowing that arise when we create space to truly be with ourselves.

Allow the medicine of cacao to open your heart and deepen your connection to yourself, your sisters, and the wisdom that already resides within.

Live Music, Movement & Ecstatic Dance

Led by Angela (AnJel), this immersive musical journey blends organic and electronic sound, weaving together electronic atmosphere, live voice, and organic instruments including the gamelan (a traditional percussive instrument from Indonesia). As the ceremony unfolds, the music becomes a bridge from stillness into movement, gently guiding you out of the mind and into the body. From embodied exploration, we gradually build into a powerful ecstatic dance experience, creating space to release, express, awaken, and reconnect with your life force energy.

No dance experience is necessary—only a willingness to move.

Sauna & Integration

We will have the opportunity to integrate the day's experience in the warmth of Banyula Zen's infrared sauna. Sauna bathing can support circulation, relaxation, recovery, nervous system regulation, and overall wellbeing, offering a beautiful complement to the inner work of the day. As we rest in the heat, we'll be invited to reflect, connect, and anchor what has been awakened within.

Nourishment & Connection

Enjoy a selection of lovingly prepared gluten-free and vegan treats, herbal tea, and meaningful connection with fellow women.

Closing Circle

We complete our journey together as we started: in circle, grounding our experiences and carrying our intentions forward into everyday life.

Yoga mats and bolsters will be provided. Please bring a blanket for extra comfort.

Location

This container will be hosted at the beautiful Banyula Zen – a stunning yoga shala set on sprawling acerage in the Doonan hinterland. As soon as you step into this sacred space, you will feel more at peace, with nature's healing sounds and energy supporting you throughout the journey.
