Fiesta Sabrosa - Spanish Wine Dinner at Saint Wine Bar

Spanish wines are built for celebration.  Their rich, festive flavours cry out for a feast to accompany them.

Luckily, Saint Wine Bar sommelier Charles Leong is up for the challenge.  This February, Tauranga's most enticing wine bar is hosting Fiesta Sabrosa, an exclusive two-night tour of Rioja, Andalucia, Castilla y León and Catalonia without leaving the comfort of The Strand.

Charles has hand-picked a delicious representation of one of the world's oldest, and largest, wine-growing countries, highlighting the silky touch of Rioja, Albariño's vibrant freshness and the robust character of Tempranillo.

Each wine has been expertly matched with fare from our resident chef Dan Lockhart to produce a Mediterranean-style feast you'll be desperate not to miss.

What dietary requirements can you accommodate?

Are wines included in the ticket price?

Yes! Your ticket includes five expertly selected Spanish wines, perfectly paired with the degustation menu.

Can I purchase additional drinks on the night?

Absolutely! Our full bar will be open, offering a selection of beers, non-alcoholic beverages, and more.

Will I be seated with my group?

All tickets booked together will be sat together. If you’re booking separately but want to be seated together, just let us know in advance by emailing events@kitchentakeover.co.nz .

How long does the event run for?

The event starts at 7pm and runs until late. Expect a leisurely evening of great food, wine, and conversation.

Do I need to print my ticket?

Save some trees! Just bring your booking confirmation on your phone or give us your name at the door.

Is there parking nearby?

Yes, there is public parking available at Dive Cresent carpark, Spring Street carpark and along The Strand and surrounding streets. We recommend arranging a ride in advance if you plan to enjoy the wine selection.
