The Fifth Season Triple-Shot
Event description
Ready to dive into the world of an award-winning book series?
Join Worlds 4 All in playing the brand new "Fifth Season" TTRPG!
The Fifth Season tabletop roleplaying game (TTRPG) has JUST been released and brings to life the rich and dangerous world of N. K. Jemisin's Broken Earth trilogy. Blessed by and made in collaboration with the author herself, you’ll play as members of a Comm who must band together in order to survive the Stillness: a harsh world of ever-shifting seasons, deadly creatures, and powerful magic known as orogeny. This game is lovingly designed with fans of the book series in mind, of course, but no prior familiarity with the series is required to play; this adventure is for anyone who loves rich world-building, making tough decisions, and who understands the true power of community. There are six player spots available for players ages 18+, and we love to play with people of all experience levels, even if you're brand new to TTRPGs! You can sign-up on your own and get to meet new people or buy a few tickets and come with your friends. We will provide everything you need to play, from dice to character sheets, and explain all of the rules as we go.
The cost for this triple-shot includes all 3 sessions, each of which runs from 7:00-10:00 p.m. Please ONLY sign up for this event if you can make all session dates:
Wednesday, November 12th
Wednesday, November 19th
Wednesday, November 26th
At Worlds 4 All, we strive to make every gaming table a safer and more inclusive space for all players. We use a variety of safety tools, including a Session Zero form and x-cards, to set clear boundaries, preview game themes, and accommodate accessibility needs.
Side Quest Books & Games is located in Bow Market, Union Square, Somerville, MA. We will have the entire venue to ourselves for this private event, and you are encouraged to bring your own food and drinks to enjoy while we play! Location, parking, and accessibility information for Bow Market can be found here.
