Calling for entries to the Figurative Works: Face & Form Exhibition. This exhibition will run from Friday 8 November to Sunday 8 December 2024.
Entries close: Friday 1st November at 4:00 pm
Artwork must be in:Â On or before Sunday 3rd November
Opening night:Â Friday 8th November at 6:00 pm
Collection: Monday 9th December 10am -4:00 pm Â
Please print out the confirmation email you receive after filling out this application and affix it to the back of your artwork.Â

If you are sending your work in, you are responsible for the cost of freight to have your work delivered to and from Woolgoolga Art Gallery - please send your return freight docket with your artwork. No artwork will be returned without the appropriate documentation.Â
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
- All Exhibits must be the original work of the exhibitor.
- The Organisers reserve the right to not accept a work of art and to limit the number of exhibits.
- All exhibits must be for sale.
- A commission of 25% for active gallery members, 40% for non-active members and non-members is applicable to all sales.
- Payment of any sale proceeds will be by bank direct deposit in the month following the sale.
- Works must remain on display for the duration of the exhibition unless prior approval from the committee is granted.
- The signed entry form is binding. No alterations to the title, section or price are allowed.
- The organisers reserve the right to display any exhibit or not to display an exhibit as the organisers see fit.
- No business card or promotional material is permitted with the exhibits.
- The organisers reserve the right to reproduce any exhibit in the media, for any reason, without incurring costs.
- Should any dispute arise for which no specific rule applies, the decision of the Committee will be final.
- All entries must be less than 1 square metre and no heavier than 20 kg, unless there is prior approval from the Committee.
- Any hanging artwork not to exceed 10kg.
- Hanging exhibits must have D-rings and wire for a secure hanging system.
- The committee the right not to exhibit any artwork.
- By entering this art show you acknowledge that you have read and understand the above Conditions of entry and agree to be bound by them.
- The Gallery does not accept responsibility for damage or theft of artworks. Valuable artworks should be insured by the artist.
- The works remain your property while exhibited in the Gallery.
All Artworks must have Artist Name & Artwork Title written on the back!
