Unlock Financial Confidence in your Community Organisation! Join us for Financial Skills Workshop for Community Organisations, a full-day workshop designed to help board members and employees strengthen their financial understanding. Led by a Chartered Certified Accountant this session will cover and demystify essential financial skills.
Objective: To enhance the financial knowledge and capability of community organisations in Te Tai Tokerau
This course covers:
Interpreting Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flows
Creating budgets to plan and monitor results
Understanding funding recognition in financial reports
Identifying key financial KPIs to track progress
Making data-driven decisions with confidence
Understand the Trustees' financial responsibilities

Registration is needed to attend this course.
Our courses are only open for non-for-profit organisations staff and volunteers.
Tickets may be limited to 2 attendees per organisation, to ensure all organisations have a fair chance of booking their volunteers and staff in. We usually wait until a week before the course date to lift ticket restrictions. If you are interested in enrolling more than two participants, please let us know so we can notify you, if applicable.
