We will be hosting eight virtual workshops covering all the vital areas everyone should be in control of.

Our fourth virtual workshop will be on WILLS.

Do you lie in bed wondering about not having a Will?

Beverley Sorrell will answer all of your keep-you-up-all-night questions about the importance of having a Will and the consequences of not having a Will in place when you die.

PRESENTER BIO: BEVERLEY SORRELL

BA(Hons), LLB (Hons), LLM (Estate Planning)

Senior Lawyer - Wills, Estates and Probate

Beverley is a senior lawyer at Dwyer Durack in the Wills, Probate and Estates Department. Beverley practices in wills and estate planning, probate and administration of estates, inheritance claims and estate disputes. Beverley also acts on behalf of clients in guardianship and administration matters in the State Administrative Tribunal.

Beverley prides herself in providing an exceptional client service and is focused on assisting clients reach a cost effective stress free resolution. Beverley has a special interest in utilising collaborative practice as a form of dispute resolution focusing on clients’ needs to achieve better outcomes.

Beverley has a Masters in Law specialising in Estate Planning.

Prior to practicing in wills and estates, Beverley worked in family law both in private practice and as a Legal Associate for Justice Crisford at the Family Court of Western Australia and as the Appeals Associate for Chief Justice Thackray of the Family Court of Western Australia.
