Financial Trauma is pervasive and often unrecognized. 1 in 4 Americans and 1 in 3 Millennials have been through a Financial Trauma experience and report experiencing PTSD symptoms related to financial stress. In this event, we will discuss how Financial Trauma impacts our overall wellness and our relationships with money. We will discuss how to recognize Financial Trauma symptoms in yourself and skills for managing this trauma. Amanda Kruger is a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in Trauma and Financial Therapy. Amanda has been working in Mental Health since 2008. She is a Certified Financial Social Work Counselor and a member of the Financial Therapy Association.
