Event description

Take control of your financial future with this free, practical workshop designed to help women build confidence and clarity around money.

Research shows that women in Australia consistently report lower financial wellbeing than men, with many feeling anxious about their long-term financial security. This session is designed to help build confidence, improve financial literacy and support women in making informed decisions about money.

This session also provides space for open discussion and questions, so you can raise concerns and get advice in a supportive, judgement-free environment.

This session will be generously led by Uniting, who help more than 5,000 people every year to better manage their money and get back on track through workshops, advice and free financial counselling.

This session will be held in the library after-hours to ensure privacy and create a relaxed environment. Snacks and beverages will be provided.

This event is the second in a series of Tuesday evening talks focused on women’s wellbeing, with upcoming sessions covering legal rights and health empowerment. We encourage you to come along to any sessions that interest you. You’re welcome to attend just one or a few, and there’s no expectation to commit to all of them.
