FIND A STORY IN THE PARK

Free Creative Nature Workshop

Join us for a playful and reflective workshop where you'll create your own handmade book, inspired by a journey through La Rosa Gardens, Green Bay.

Guided by creative prompts, we'll walk through the park, observe, and gather stories—both from the land and from what you bring. You'll learn how to fold and bind a book to fill with the day's reflections, then take it home.

We'll finish with shared kai and time together.

Perfect for whānau with children of any age who are curious about nature and creativity.

All materials provided. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Date: Wednesday, 30 September (school holidays)
Time: 1.5 hours
Location: La Rosa Gardens, Green Bay
Cost: FREE (supported by Auckland Parks)
Max: 25 participants

If your whānau have any specific needs, let us know—we'll do our best to support everyone to participate and enjoy the time together.

Come create your story with us!
