Find My Spark - Finding Entrepreneurial Learning in the Curriculum
Event description
Teachers already have more than enough to do! Whilst a seemingly new term and a new approach to teaching and learning, entrepreneurial learning does not have to be something that is an addition to the curriculum, or add to the busy workload of teachers.
Using a lens of discovery and innovative project-based pedagogies, our expert panel will demonstrate where opportunities exist within the current curriculum and propose ways that entrepreneurial learning can occur without being in addition to a teacher's heavy workload. For those teachers who are thinking about the possibilities, this panel will show you how to work smarter- not harder for your students, and hopefully mitigate what may be holding you back.
Join us to explore where you can find entrepreneurship in the curriculum without reinventing the wheel.
Our panel line up includes;
- David Ellis - School of Education Design & Technology, Southern Cross University
- Liz Jackson - Head of Global Capabilities, Sydney Catholic Schools
- Sally Filtness - Design & Technology, Barker College
- Damien Meunier - Head of Entrepreneurship, Haileybury
