Rhythm & Waves, Silent Disco is back with another open-air silent disco mash-up — and this time we're playing hard for Mental Health Awareness Month.

We all know that feeling when you're surrounded by your mates, laughing, dancing and feeling truly connected. But here's the beautiful thing: you don't even have to know the people around you to experience that sense of connection. Coming together, moving, playing, laughing and expressing yourself — in whatever funky way you choose — can give our wellbeing a genuine boost and create those warm fuzzies of connection we all seek. And THAT is what this night is about. Good music. Good people. Real connection. So bring your fam, bring your mates or come solo — you'll make friends quickly enough! And to help you on your way, we've got a few treats planned to encourage everyone to loosen up and get amongst it....
