Find Your Next Board Role

Finding the right board role—or the perfect director for your purpose-driven organisation—can feel (for both sides) like searching for a needle in a haystack. While many talented professionals are eager to give back, and incredible social enterprises are seeking additional board members, they rarely find themselves in the same room. Find Your Next Board Role is changing that. Think of it as a purpose-driven match-making event designed to bridge the gap, helping social enterprises find their next volunteer board members, and vice versa.

The Format

We’re keeping things fast, focused, and impactful.

• The event will kick off with 6 to 8 leading social enterprises pitching who they are, the incredible work they do, and exactly what they’re looking for in their next board director appointment. (3-4 mins each)

• After that, the floor opens to you! All other attendees will be invited to introduce themselves, share their expertise, and outline what kind of impact they want to make. (2 mins each)

It’s a dynamic, two-way pitch session designed to spark connections and build future boards.
