Find Your People: Community Builders, Network Conveners & Hubs

Calling all community builders, hub leaders, network conveners, and space creators—anyone bringing people together online or in person.

We invite you to connect with others who design, nurture, and grow vibrant communities. Whether you run a co-working space, manage a regional hub, facilitate an online network, or lead a local collective, bringing people together comes with its own distinct energy, rewards, and operational challenges.

This session is a great opportunity to:

• Share what you are building and the communities you support

• Swap tips and discuss common challenges - from culture building and member retention to preventing burnout and fostering genuine connections.

• Connect with fellow conveners and share asks &/or offers to help each other

There will be no strict agenda - just a relaxed, purposeful lunchtime chat. Bring your lunch, your questions, and your curiosity.

This session will be hosted by Kate Dezarnaulds, SECNA Champion and founder of WorkLife - a network of regional co-working spaces across Berry and Coledale.

To enable open sharing and frank conversations, we don’t record our Find Your People sessions. We only take basic notes to capture the core themes. If you’d like to contribute to the discussion and hear the perspectives shared on the day, you’ll need to be in the (virtual) room with us!
