✨Yoga Therapy with hands on adjustments to assist you in releasing stagnant energy or emotions from your body

✨Sound Massage with bowls placed around and on you body to increase the exposure to healing vibrations to tap into your body’s innate healing abilities.

✨Reiki Healing both during the adjustments in. Yoga Therapy as well as through Sound.

No prior yoga or meditation experience is necessary - this event is open to all levels. Bring an open heart, a willingness to explore, and leave with a renewed sense of vitality, clarity, and serenity.

All equipment is provided, however feel free to bring anything that you feel will make you more comfortable, such as your own yoga mat for additional padding or pillow.

NOTE:

Please arrive no later than 10 minutes prior to start time as we require some additional information in order to personalise the experience for you, and wouldn’t want this to cut into the session time.
