Finding Friendship as an Adult

Every day I see posts across social media, with adults asking how to make friends.

School doesn't prepare us for this. Schools put us in proximity to people who become friends by default - and sometimes those circles erode. Maybe we don't work - maybe we don't work with people we can be friends with.

Maybe life happens.

I've put together resources and advice for people to find social connections, friendships and community as a grownup, for those times when we may need it most.
