Money is one of the top stressors that many people face on a daily basis. Without a way to cope, these feelings can be absolutely debilitating. This workshop, facilitated by The AFC's Christine Rossi-Wright and Hayley Schmalz, aims to help participants find and maintain a sense of mental wellness while tackling personal finances.
