Description

Finding Your Anchor - (in a fast paced world)

The world around you is a direct reflection of the world within you.

Without an anchor, we get lost in a sea of noise.

Now, this movement practice works to build that stronghold for you. You will remember your anchor in times of stress, anxiety or uncertainty through embodied states of relaxation, mobility and joy!

______________

As a group, we will move in a collective environment to ground into the felt sense of the natural world, while understanding how to navigate the disruptions of artificial demands.

Filtering out what is yours, and what is not. Building awareness of connective states by exploring mobility tolerance. To reach a sense of reclaimed joy that was always there to begin with and experiencing an embodied place of peace to return to.

Themes Covered:

Week 1 - Yielding to Gaia: Deep set experiencing of relaxation through the mycelium network within.

Week 2 - Posture Anchor: What is your stance that leads you into, and through positive change?

Week 3 - Roll With it: Building mobility through risk taking.

Week 4 - Play Space: For the love of joy!

This movement practice is available for all bodies. Which ever level of mobility you are at we work to adapt the practice to suit your limits. It can even be done seated if required. No prior movement experience is required. Come with an open mind for self-growth and healing.
