#1: Will this work for me?

Yes, if you allow yourself to be open and receptive to the experience. The resistance comes from being in the mind and the need to control the experience or outcome. If you're someone who's too heady, spend at least 20 minutes in nature with your feet on the ground and move your body to be in the here and now. You will notice you will be far more open to receiving this activation. You may feel tingles, sensations, goosebumps, movement in energy, see images or symbols or you may not feel anything at all. About Your Facilitator
