Potager x Bush Icecreamery

Join us at Potager for an unforgettable Fire to Fork Feast. Each course will be expertly flame-grilled, smoked, and charred to perfection, creating a symphony of flavors that celebrates the richness of our region.

Co-hosted with well-known Northern Rivers chef and fire whisperer Wal Foster, and set against the backdrop of the garden, this dining experience promises to be a feast for the senses.

Enjoy a welcome cocktail and canapés in the garden, followed by a communal table of shared plates. End the night with a show-stopping signature ice cream dessert from Wal’s Bush Icecreamery. Reserve your spot quickly for a night of gourmet indulgence and community celebration.
