Starting the school year with confidence, connection, and purpose is the best gift any teen girl can have — and that’s exactly what Firefly World IRL delivers.

This is a unique concert-meets-workshop experience designed to meet teen girls where they are, tackling common challenges like self-doubt, anxiety, social pressure, and screen fatigue. It’s a space where girls can unplug, bond authentically, and build the skills that no one teaches in school — leadership, emotional resilience, self-confidence, and a deeper understanding of how to work with our minds and bodies instead of against them.

Led by Farah “Firefly” Mitha, world pop artist, actor, speaker and founder of Firefly World with special guest Elora Lyda ICF certified creative coach and art therapist, this event combines live music, interactive exercises, art therapy and fun connection activities. It’s a safe, supportive environment where girls can explore their purpose, express themselves, and build meaningful friendships with like minded and like hearted young women.

Farah knows firsthand what it’s like to grow up feeling alone and overwhelmed. She created this event because she wishes she’d had access to these tools and uplifting spaces when she was younger — the kind of edge that helps girls thrive in school, life, and beyond.

Join us for an afternoon of transformation, empowerment, snacks, shine bright merch, Q&A, and fun activities to release stress and celebrate the unique light inside every teen girl.

Because when girls shine together, the world becomes a brighter place.

Glow Up Agenda:

• 2:00-2:30pm - Connection building Ice breakers: Super fun, zero pressure group games to break the ice and feel comfy around one another.

• 2:30-4:00pm - Firefly Concert Workshop: Live music. Real talk. Major glow-up vibes. 🎤✨
  In addition to a live concert with inspiring songs and real-life vulnerable stories, Farah “Firefly” Mitha and special guest speaker Elora Lyda are spilling the tea on:

  • How to fall in love with yourself and your life 💖

  • How to work with your brain & body (instead of fighting them) so you can be your best self 🧠💪

  • How what you watch & listen to shapes your reality (and how to empower yourself) 🎶🍿

  • How to building unshakable confidence, resilience & self-love 🌟

  • Healthy & Effective ways to cope with stress, anxiety and the emotional rollercoaster of life

• 4:00-4:15pm - Art Therapy Exercise: Super fun, post concert exercise led by creative coach Elora Lyda

• 4:15-5:00pm - Q&A, raffle and wrap up exercise

• 5:00pm-5:30pm - Networking & chance to buy 'Shine Bright Merch'

*Some healthy snacks will be provided during the session.

Extras & Important Info ✨

• This experience is proudly supported by a grant awarded to Firefly World by Odyssey Impact.

• The $10 fee helps cover snacks and a few additional costs to make the day extra special.

• Teen girls ages 13–19 are welcome! If you're just outside this range, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to chat.

• All participants under 18 years of age will be required to have a parent/guardian sign a waiver to attend.
