Holding Space Without Burning Out

A powerful 90-minute workshop blending cultural immersion, professional development, and trauma-informed practice.

Designed for leaders, educators, support workers, and professionals who hold space for others—and are ready to lead without sacrificing their own wellbeing.

In this session, you will:

Explore instinctual, culturally grounded decision-making
Learn tools to lead with clarity, not burnout
Understand how to support others without over-carrying
Strengthen your capacity to hold space sustainably
Deepen your leadership presence through story, reflection, and practice

This is the foundation behind strong, steady leadership.

About Your Host | Yanggu

Founder, Guide, and Gentle Warrior

Yanggu is a Wiradjuri man, a guide, a storyteller, and a cultural educator with over two decades of experience in healing, leadership, and cultural reconnection.

His work is not about information—it is about transformation.
It is about sitting together, listening deeply, and allowing ancient wisdom to move through us again.

Yanggu has spent his life walking between worlds—bridging Indigenous wisdom with modern leadership, guiding individuals and organizations through cultural learning, staff well-being, and personal growth.
