A powerful 90-minute workshop blending cultural immersion, professional development, and trauma-informed practice.

Designed for leaders, educators, support workers, and professionals who hold space for others—and are ready to lead without sacrificing their own wellbeing.

In this session, you will:

  • Explore instinctual, culturally grounded decision-making

  • Learn tools to lead with clarity, not burnout

  • Understand how to support others without over-carrying

  • Strengthen your capacity to hold space sustainably

  • Deepen your leadership presence through story, reflection, and practice
