Stephen has led the company's problem solving initiative and contributed several improvement ideas which have led to further developments of the RCA2Go software.
Jeff Naylor (MD SIRF Roundtables Pty Ltd) has been delivering 12-Step RCA, 5Why's&A3 and 5Why's training for many years. Jeff has also contributed several ideas to improve the process for face to face & online training delivery and advancements in the software.
