First Aid and Heat Health for Parents and Carers of Babies

This workshop is designed to provide new parents and carers with essential first aid and heat health skills. Topics include basic life support, CPR for babies and children, care for an unresponsive baby, handling seizures and febrile convulsions, and responding to drowning and choking emergencies. Participants will also learn to recognize the signs of heat stress and heat-related illnesses. There will be an opportunity for questions. 

Please note: 

• Parents are welcome to bring their babies along. 
• Kindly arrive on time. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated.
• Participants are also welcome to bring over a snack if they like.
