Creating a Herbal First Aid Kit with Pat Collins
Event description
We will begin the day with a farm walk led by Pat identifying useful herbs/weeds. You will learn how to incorporate and appreciate them for their benefits and as messengers that tell us about our soil and it’s condition.
In this workshop you’ll create your own small first aid kit to take home or use in the car. We will make a selection of herbal remedies including; capsules, creams, ointments, tinctures, rescue remedy and fleur de salts. These will help heal wounds, burns, stings, bites and boost your immunity the way nature intended.
Go home with a herbal first aid kit worth at least $80
All ingredients, jars & bottles are included in the cost.
Wear clothes you feel comfortable in and don’t mind getting dirty.
