This hands-on workshop will equip you with the core techniques to act confidently in an emergency. You will learn and practice essential life-saving skills.

You Will Learn & Practice:

  • CPR: Perform chest compressions and rescue breathing on adult, child, and infant mannequins.

  • Choking Response: Administer back blows and abdominal thrusts for conscious and unconscious victims.

  • Wound Care: Manage critical situations like severe bleeding, burns, and shock.
