My name is Zacharie Steele I am a young adult Business Owner with a passion for storytelling and fantasy. I have a Certificate 3 in Micro Business and have developed a small business based on helping young people in our community connect to each other and practice skills like teamwork, communication, conflict resolution and imagination by playing immersive table-top role playing games.

First Delvers is a 7 week program of 2 hour sessions of Dungeons and Dragons for ages 10-14, designed for new players. The participants create customized level 1 characters and then learn how to play and cooperatively adventure through a relatively standard fantasy world to gain coin, have crazy adventures and perhaps even save the world while doing it!

I have a vast range of experiences with facilitating narrative games like Dungeons and Dragons from my years of running it for other young people at afterschool clubs, local groups and with youth and metal health services including respite for a range of ages. My business is about providing access, a great experience and subtle learning to young people at the same time while also trying to generate a small income and opportunities for myself.
