Details

The Southern Brown Bandicoot is a small, shy, nationally endangered mammal which loves to live in high quality heathland in Morialta Conservation park. Morialta is the only conservation park we work in which is known to still support this cute creature. There were many years without positive sightings in the park, however since targeting our works in its habitat there have been many positive sightings of healthy individuals. We are fund raising to build on the area of high quality habitat for not just this species but for a number of other threatened species which also live in this area of the park. Your support will also help protect yellow-footed antechinus, yellow-tailed black cockatoos and small woodland birds. https://fobhm.org.au/content.aspx?page_id=305&club_id=802525&item_id=8397
