About the artist
Jennifer is a multi-award-winning artist based in North East Victoria. She studied drawing part-time at RMIT, then spent six years studying oil painting with Max Casey, a student of Max Meldrum. This grounding in tone and shape helped shape her style, which emphasises colour and light.
After her first exhibition in 1983, she exhibited regularly in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, the Gold Coast, New York, the UK and North East Victoria.
Jennifer is a signatory member of the Victorian Artists’ Society and the Pastel Society of Victoria Australia. Her awards include the Waverley Art Prize, Tom Roberts Award, Norman Kaye Medallion, and numerous Rotary Art Show and Pastel Society prizes.
