Event description

Welcome to the First Nations Arts program for Waring (Wombat) season, 2025.

This program offers multiple opportunities for First Nations community members to engage with arts and culture through workshops, tours, and exclusive gallery events.

Please note: Some events are specifically for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander peoples only, while others are open to the general public. Each ticket clearly indicates the eligibility requirements.

What's on, and how to be involved:

Community Mural and Workshops - come along to 1 or all 3!

Create a collaborative mural at Wunggurrwil Dhurrung that will be permanently displayed at this significant cultural space. No artistic experience necessary! The workshops are designed to capture your stories and celebrate community connection. Learn, express, connect and be part of the community mural revealed and celebrated as part of the First Nations Art Tours.

These workshops are supported by a deadly team of First Nations artists and digital art specialist and artist Andrea Draper: www.instagram.com/i_dr... Paid work experience opportunities in mural painting are also available! Come along to learn more.

While participation in all three workshops is highly encouraged, it's not essential. Come along when suits! Find out more in the registration section of this event.
