First Nations Business Community Consultation Day

FIRST NATIONS BUSINESSES NEED YOUR SUPPORT AND INPUT!

We are excited to be running a project that can really create opportunities and benefits for First Nations businesses across New South Wales.

We are inviting you to a community consultation day, where we are bringing together people across the First Nations business sector to really make a difference for the Indigenous business sector and the individual businesses themselves.

First Nations businesses have been facing struggles and challenges for many years, only increased over the last years with Covid and the current economy.

We have been conducting surveys with First Nations businesses and focus groups to establish what’s happening for them currently and understand some of their challenges better.

To ensure we receive maximum feedback, First Innovators will be inviting a wide cross section of the community and organisations that are invested in the advancement of First Nations businesses.

Here you will have the opportunity to have your say about the issues you believe need to be addressed and the opportunities not yet realised.  We want to take the survey results and turn them into actionable growth opportunities.

Much has been written and discussed about improving the conditions for these businesses, but have they worked?

We want to hear from you. As someone who is passionate about First Nations business success, we invite you to join our Community Consultation and share your thoughts on how best we can help these businesses succeed.

We are conducting the sessions both online and offline, so if you cant make it in person on the day, please join us online from where ever you are.

• IN PERSON - 19th of July 2023 - 2.00pm-4.00pm at the Community Room, Redfern Oval in Redfern
• ONLINE - 20th of July Session 1 - 10.00am - 12.00pm & Session 2 - 2.00pm - 4.00pm
