As the sun reaches its highest point in the sky, we invite you to align with this powerful seasonal shift through a grounding yoga practice followed by a deeply restorative sound journey.

Yoga Flow
We’ll begin with an all-levels, heart-opening yoga session designed to energize the body and connect you to the solar energy of the season. Expect fluid movement, intentional breathwork, and moments of stillness to reflect and recharge.

Sound Journey
After movement, settle into savasana as you’re guided through a transformative sound experience. Let the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other healing instruments wash over you—releasing tension, restoring balance, and opening space for clarity and renewal.

What to bring:
Yoga Mat * Blanket * Pillow/Bolster * Water Bottle * Open Heart

The option of just the sound journey or just the yoga is available.
