• Little ones over the age of 12 months are welcome to accompany you although to get the most out of this session we recommend that you leave your older children in the care of someone you trust.

• Bubs under 12 months are welcomed to accompany you. A play space will be provided for under 12 months

Session 1: (10am) Louise from Narrabri & North West Training will cover topics including CPR, burns, asthma, choking, allergic reactions and drowning to give you confidence to perform first aid.

Session 2: (11am) Sarah from HealthWISE will discuss introducing solids and tackle the wealth of misinformation around about this topic. It can be a really confusing time for parents so quelling any fears, discussing allergen foods and what the next steps look like once bub is fully on solids.
