Event description

The "Essential Skills Kickstart” Workshop isn't just another workshop.  - it's real life stuff that 14-30 year-olds actually need.  We'll cover how to:

• communicate better

• manage your time (and stress)

• build confidence without the cringe

• network without it being awkward 

• get your head around the money basics

• handle your emotions in a healthy  way

Plus we'll chat about looking after your mental and physical wellbeing.  You will walk away with practical tips you can use straight away.  Come join us.

Suitable for ages 14 to 30.

$5 per person with bookings essential.
