Are you already familiar with basic web browsing but would like to improve your searching via Google. Understand what Google is and how a search engine works. 

Learn how to improve searches with advanced search techniques, critical thinking skills, and strategies to evaluate online information effectively. In today’s digital age, where misinformation spreads quickly, being able to search smartly and assess sources critically is more important than ever!

 

When:  Tuesday afternoon on the 29th of July 2:30pm to 3:30pm

Where:  St Peters Library, 101 Payneham Road St Peters

Cost: Free, with bookings essential.

Format: 60-minute small group session. Suitable for ages 18 and up.
