Explore different pizza styles and learn how to adapt sourdough fermentation for each. Whether you're looking to refine your technique or begin your sourdough journey, this class will give you the skills to bake tasty focaccia bread and sourdough pizzas with confidence.
Suitable for ages 15 and up.
Two workshops are available on Saturday 19 July: 10:30am-12:30pm & 1:30-3:30pm.
$15 per person with bookings essential.
