FAQs

  • Is the session suitable for beginners?

Yes! We designed it for you to start your fitness journey. Our experienced instructor, @move__with_mia, from Scout Studios will guide through adaptable movement that is modified for different comfort levels.

  • What if I have an injury?

Participants should move within their comfort range and skip any exercise that causes discomfort. The instructor can offer gentle alternatives.

  • Will the food ingredients be provided and delivered?

No. We ensure that the ingredients are convenient for participants to prepare beforehand. We will send the list of ingredients needed 1 week prior to the event.

  • Are the recipes beginner-friendly?

Yes, absolutely. The workshop focuses on straightforward, practical recipes suitable for all cooking levels.

  • Do I need special kitchen equipment?

Only basic tools: a chopping board, knife, pan or pot, and containers for storage. Then again, we will give you a detailed confirmation list 1 week prior to the event.

  • Will there be any break?

Yes. We will give participants a 10-minute break between pilates and meal prep session.

  • Do I need to turn my camera on?

It’s completely okay if you prefer to keep your camera off, though we do gently encourage having it on. Seeing each other helps us build a sense of connection and supports the safe, comfortable space we’ve worked hard to create for everyone. The sessions themselves won’t be recorded. However, short video clips may be taken for assignment purposes. If you’d rather not be filmed, please feel free to reach out. We’re very happy to accommodate your needs!
