Fit and Proper Person Requirements for TAC Regulated RTOs

Following the early changes to the Standards for RTOs implemented on 1 March 2024, the Training Accreditation Council (Council) has developed a new Fit and Proper Person Requirements (FPPR) Policy. This policy assists both RTOs and the Council in ensuring compliance with the FPPR outlined in Clause 7.1 and Schedule 3 of the Standards.

This webinar will cover the steps involved in the Council assessing Fit and Proper Person Declarations, who needs to submit a declaration, and ongoing compliance with 7.1.
