Fitzy’s Melbourne Cup Soirée returns for an afternoon of lux garden party vibes for the race that stops the nation.
Giddy up & get ready for all the good things - fabulous food, fashions, flowing drinks, live music and all the excitement of race day. This is where food, florals, fashion & fillies meet... and it's fabulous!

Epic local 4 piece Band with serious talent - complete with three vocalists, keyboard & guitar. This crew are Toowoomba entertainment royalty and they'll be bringing the soundtrack from 12-4pm.

Did someone say AFTER PARTY? Not only do we have our main act The Fibonacci Band keeping the dream alive after our private function from 3pm - you also get to enjoy the official Fitzy's Melbourne Cup Soiree after party with Ben Ross! Catch our main man Benny out the back from 4pm-late and kick on like you don't have to work tomorrow. Don't worry, we're in the same boat

Their service is a pretty special thing; empowering women with confidence through dressing with intention. By reimagining new and gently loved clothing and accessories, KHT also promote sustainability and reduce textile waste. Meet the lovely Founder Cindy on the day, purchase raffle or Sweeps tickets and enjoy your time at Fitzy's knowing proceeds will be donated to this brilliant, innovative & super special not-for-profit.

- Do you have TAB/Betting Facilities on Site?
Unfortunately there are no TAB or betting facilities on site at Fitzy's. Feel free to download your betting app of choice with our free WiFi on the day, or help support our chosen Charity on the day by purchasing Sweeps.
- Is there a Dress Code?
Let's get frocked up! Let's do Cup Day right with Race-day Ready attire. Think Garden Party Glamour - heels, headwear, fabulous frocks, ties and dress jackets encouraged. Prizes for best dressed & best headwear on the day.
- Do you accommodate dietary requirements?
Yes, of course! Please contact the venue direct with your dietary needs no later than 14 days prior to the event. The Fitzy's team have an established reputation for looking after our dietary friends well and we'd love to help. The more notice, the better. You won't go hungry with us. Email: events@fitzys.com
- Is the beverage package mandatory?
Yes. Ticket pricing includes a three hour beverage package with cocktails, bubbles, wine, beer, soft drinks, plus non-alcoholic options available. If alcohol isn't for you, we can offer an array of non-alcoholic options including mocktails, non-alcoholic wine, soft drink & juices.
- Are tickets tranferable?
Yes. Tickets are transferable to people other than the name listed on the ticket itself, even on the day. As long as the guest has a physical or digital ticket that hasn't been scanned prior, they will be granted access. No ID required.
- Is this an 18+ event?
Yes. Unfortunately children and minors are not permitted at this event. However, infants are considered on a case by case basis. Please contact us direct to discuss further: events@fitzys.com
