SIBA Five Day Retreat with His Holiness 43rd Sakya Trizin

It is our great fortune that we will be able to host a very special five-day retreat consisting of empowerments, teachings and Dharma activities with His Holiness 43rd Sakya Trizin in the beautiful, peaceful environment of SIBA Retreat Centre in East Gippsland, Victoria.

His Holiness will bestow the Vajrasattva and Green Tara Empowerments on the first two days (Wed 18 and Thurs 19 March), followed by a Two-Day Hevajra Cause Empowerment (Fri 20 & Sat 21 March) and then a Red Tara Empowerment (Sun 22 March) on the last day.

The Hevajra practice is one of the most comprehensive and profound practices of Vajrayana Buddhism, and is rarely bestowed. We are very fortunate that His Holiness the 43rd Sakya Trizin will bestow the empowerment here in Australia. It is essential that you attend both days of the Hevajra Cause Empowerment.

As part of this 5-day retreat, around the empowerments, there will also be daily teachings, guided meditations and practice sessions with Lama Choedak Rinpoche.

The booking fees include teachings, accommodation and vegetarian meals.

For shared accommodation, if you are travelling by car and can do so, please bring your own single sheets, pillow case and sleeping bag or doona. There is bedding available if you require it.
