Bike Auckland's own Marketing manager Sue Cardwell will lead you through Five Strategies to Grow Your Community Group Through Effective Promotion, teaching you how to cut through the noise and get people engaged and involved in your community group - cycling or otherwise!

Sue has extensive marketing and communications experience, and will share her vast knowledge of marketing techniques and communications tips. You'll learn how to understand your community, find out who they are and why they'd like to connect to your group; learn how to easily communicate your group's vision and activities to attract new members; and learn the simple ways to tick things along to keep your members engaged. There will be time to meet your neighbours and strengthen your own connections, while we brainstorm how to bring people together around your community purpose.
