Many of the songs on our album are inspired by the breathtaking landscape that surrounds us, capturing the essence of Stanwell Park in every note. Flannelette brings together the soulful sounds of jazz, the raw emotion of blues, and the heart of country music, creating a sound that’s as unique and captivating as the place that inspired it. Peruvian-style ceviche with fresh fish, marinated in tangy lime juice, red onions, and aji amarillo. Garnished with fresh coriander and served with sweet potato.

Aji de Gallina – $10
Tender chicken in a golden sauce made from aji amarillo chillies, cream, and a hint of garlic and walnuts. Served with steamed rice, hard-boiled egg, and a side of black olives for the perfect balance of creamy and spicy flavours.
