Event description

Join us for an immersive culinary adventure into the heart of Puerto Rican cuisine. Discover the secrets of sofrito, the aromatic base that infuses many traditional dishes with vibrant flavor with Jose from Boricua in the Midwest!

Please bring two containers: one for a sofrito base and another for leftovers!

There is free parking through the junction, but note that the farmer’s market is happening so parking might be limited.
