Chef Tay invites guests to gather for an evening of soulful storytelling through food at the highly anticipated second offering of Flavors of the Northwest, a five-course dinner event that celebrates the heart, history, and richness of Northwest cuisine with a soulful twist.
This second edition of Flavors of the Northwest dives deeper into the flavors that shaped Chef Tay’s journey. Guests can expect a thoughtfully curated, chef-driven experience that reflects both local ingredients and global inspiration.
The 5-Course Menu Includes:
Crispy Cabbage & Herb Salad – A vibrant, crunchy starter featuring seasonal greens and house vinaigrette.
Catfish Fritters & Mushroom Fritters – A crispy Southern-meets-vegetarian appetizer duo, bold and satisfying.
Braised Jerk Brisket with Sweet Potato Purée – The soulful centerpiece: slow-braised jerk brisket with silky sweet potato mash.
Pineapple Ginger Sorbet – A cool, bright palate cleanser with a spicy-sweet tropical kick.
Chef Life Pies – House-made fruit pies baked with flaky crusts and served with love.
One pairing drink of choice.
Seatings at 4pm, 4:30pm, 5pm & 5:30pm. Limited seating – reserve early, tickets will not be available at the door!

He’s also the visionary behind Chef Life Nourish, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering youth and families through culinary education, food sustainability, and real-life workforce skills.
