🌮 Thursday - Tortilla-Making & Tacos de Nopales : Unleash your inner chef with our tortilla-making class, where the art of crafting the perfect tortilla is at your fingertips, paving the way for a world of delicious tacos de nopales (cactus!). 🌵🌮

🌵 Friday - Sopes de Carne Asada Masterclass: Indulge in the celebration of Sopes de Carne Asada, thick handmade corn tortillas topped with succulent grilled steak and vibrant toppings.

🎉 Saturday afternoon - Tamales masterclass: Join me to make this tasty classic Mexican masterpiece-the tamal! Tamales date back to 8000 BCE and have been a staple for Mexican and indigenous families for centuries especially during winter. This heartwarming dish is made with nixtamalized corn and stuffed with a filling, wrapped in a corn husk and steamed. Don't miss your chance to try your hand at making these.

🌵Saturday night - Enchiladas Rojas: Come learn to make and savour the delicious flavours of enchiladas rojas. The best way to describe this heavenly dish that is so popular in my family is rolled tacos stuffed with cheese and your choice of meat or vegetarian filling, We dunk the tortillas first in a delectable sauce made with a variety of dried chillies. We can adjust the sauce to your spice level but you will be raving about these enchiladas for years to come!

🍽️ Sunday - Big Authentic Mexican-American Xmas in July Feast: Feast on a vibrant Mexican extravaganza with tons of tasty classic Mexican and American Christmas dishes like tamales, tacos, salsas, soups, and more—with delectable vegetarian options for veggos to savour too. 🎶🌮🌿

Join us for a merry good time from 2-4pm!

🧀Monday- Frijoles Charros & Quesadillas: Want to learn to make a heartwarming and traditional Mexican soup? This one is perfect for the meat-lovers and vegetarians alike because it's a bean soup that traditionally has 2 types of meat and broth is infused with a lovely salsa verde. Veggo? Come learn about and add nopales (cactus) for a delicious twist instead. Whatever your preference, you will definitely want to make this one again. We'll pair it with handmade quesadillas we learn to make from scratch.
