Every woman has a diverse range of energies, shades and flavours... all of which combine to form her unique expression of Shakti. Sometimes however the mundane aspects of life begin to wear us down we can learn to repress, ignore or hold parts of ourselves - inhibiting the full flow of our Shakti.

This inhibits expression of our radiance, our pleasure, our power and our joy... the things we are often seeking or yearning for the most.

Through simple yet powerful embodied practices designed just for women, you are invited to come back into the sacred wisdom of your body as you reclaim the magic, play, sensuality and fullness of who you are as a radiant fully expressed woman.

Join me for a lush, playful and utterly sumptuous 3 days of women led embodiment explorations that will invite you to allow even more of your expression in ways that will delight you.

WHAT TO EXPECT 

In ancient times women danced around the fire, chanted, sang, shared rituals and learnt from each other. This Shakti weekend Immersion invites you to revisit some of these lost arts in a playful loving environment that will nourish your soul and open your capacity for more of everything; more play, more pleasure, more ritual and more connection.

Over three days of embodied practices awaken a fuller expression of your feminine nature.  Drawn largely from the Wild Woman's Way body of work and infused with my own personal practices and teachings, this immersion is suitable for all women of all ages. 

You will explore your relationship to your body, you range, your depth and your playfulness. 

You will go home feeling more alive, radiant, nourished and magnetic as you remember your many gifts as a woman...

WHY EMBODIMENT?  

Many women these days find they feel numb, devoid of pleasure or stuck in their heads with endless to-do lists. In contrast to our highly structured modern world, women's embodiment give us permission to feel, breathe and move first, instead of always leading with our heads. Benefits of embodiment include a better relationship to your body, your pleasure, expressing healthy boundaries and can definitely help create more passion in your intimate relationship.

VENUE & TIMINGS

Note - this is a non-residential Immersion. Our venue is the beautiful Temple Retreat in Pullenvale, just 30 mins from Brisbane CBD. There is free parking onsite. 

The Full Immersion runs from 1pm Friday to 3pm on Sunday afternoon

What is included - 
This is a non-residential weekend and the cost includes all weekend tuition, afternoon teas and refreshments. The price does NOT include lunches or accommodation. You can add-on a fully catered lunch at checkout or closer to the weekend if you choose.

FULL FEE from 16 July onwards = $775 per person

Early payment plans are available over two installments if you register before August. Balance is due 3 weeks prior by bank transfer, credit card payments avail for a small fee.

What I really loved about Bree's Shakti Immersion was that there were so many different flavours of the feminine to explore. I've done years of archetype work so I wasn't expecting to experience anything new and my intention was to allow myself to be guided to deepen more into the archetypes. However, to my surprise there were a few in there that I hadn't explored before and I loved experiencing even more flavours of my feminine essence.
