Flinders Island Annual Show 2026 — "Raised by Land and Sea"
Join us for one of the biggest days on the Flinders Island calendar! The Flinders Island Show brings the whole community together to celebrate the people, produce, and culture of the Furneaux Islands — and this year's theme, Raised by Land and Sea, honours everything that makes our Island home so special.
From homegrown produce and prize-winning livestock to arts, crafts, and local makers, the Show is a true showcase of Island life. Wander through the Home Industries Pavilion, check out our brand-new Land & Garden Trade Feature (with a very special guest — organic grower and Gardening Australia favourite Hannah Moloney!), browse the Mini-Market Hub, and see local businesses and trade stalls from across the Island and beyond. Enjoy catching up with mates at the Becks Mitre 10 Beer Garden, and listen to your favourite band - Well Strung, as well as new sounds from Barleyshakes.
There's something for everyone — livestock and equestrian events, entertainment for all ages, food and drinks from local vendors, and the kind of community spirit you won't find anywhere else.

- Can I still pay cash or card at the gate on the day?
Yes of course, online ticketing has been introduced to speed up wait times, and improve safety and congestion on Palana Road.
- Do I need to bring a printed ticket, or is a digital ticket okay?
Either is fine.
- Is there parking on-site?
Yes, free parking on site. Speak to the girls at Bowman's for information on reserved/accessible parking.
- Where do I enter if I've bought a ticket online?
Enter via the Livestock and Trades entrance before 11am on Show Day — this entrance is only staffed until 11am. This helps reduce congestion at the main gate and improves safety on the main road into the Showgrounds. If you arrive after 11am, please use the main gate.
