About Zibby
Elizabeth (Zibby) joined Randstad in September 2017 with extensive experience in the employment sector. Having worked as a careers and employability coach for three years, the transition into recruitment was an easy decision. Zibby started her Randstad career working with Randstad’s Solutions business where she gained insight into what true partnerships are, recruiting exclusively for a global medical device company. After nine months, she joined the busy Contact Centre and Business Support team and has spent the past six years building her market brand and specialist knowledge. She's currently a Senior Manager looking after a team of six consultants.
